Terms of Service
Last updated: August 4, 2026
1. Operator and scope
One Card Tarot is operated by Nova in Hong Kong. These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the One Card Tarot website, including public content, Google sign-in and accounts, free trials, AI readings, reading history, and paid subscriptions. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Use of the site
You may use One Card Tarot only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use the content in a way that harms the service, its infrastructure, or other visitors.
3. Content and interpretation
Readings and card interpretations on this site are provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice and should not replace guidance from a qualified professional.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Scraping, bulk copying, or systematically extracting content from the site
- Reposting, redistributing, or commercially reusing site content without permission
- Using bots, scripts, or automated methods to abuse or disrupt the service
- Attempting to attack, probe, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site's original copy, page structure, branding, and design elements belong to One Card Tarot. You may not reproduce, republish, resell, or commercially distribute substantial portions of the site without permission.
6. Accounts, trials, and paid subscriptions
These Terms apply when you create or use an account (including Google sign-in), start a free trial, or purchase a paid subscription. You are responsible for activity under your account. Premium access is granted according to an active trial or a valid paid subscription. Subscription billing is processed by PayPal; PayPal's terms also apply to the checkout and payment relationship. Prices, plan details, and availability may change. A free trial may be offered where stated on the site. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated at purchase, fees are generally non-refundable once Premium access has been delivered for the paid period. Full refund and cancellation rules — including how to cancel via PayPal, contact support, and access through the end of the paid period — are in our Refund Policy.
7. External services
The Service may rely on third parties including Google (sign-in, Analytics, Search Console), OpenRouter and AI model providers, PayPal (subscriptions), Microsoft Clarity, Vercel, and related infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused solely by those third-party providers.
8. Contact
If you have questions about these terms, contact us at support@onecardtarot.online.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
One Card Tarot is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or suitability for any specific decision. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from your use of the site.
10. Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or block access to the site where we believe someone is engaging in abuse, scraping, attacks, unauthorized copying, or other harmful activity.
11. Changes to these terms
Effective date: August 4, 2026. We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
